Hey self,

 Recently you became an adult and started over. But in the process you’ve devloped some habits that are not proactive at all. I can understand if youre in a funk over somethings but thats no reason for you to just take a hiatus on all your goals. I want you to pick up where you left off and break those unproductive habits of yours. I know you can do it !

Habits You need to break :

  • over sleeping
  • starting books and not finishing them
  • not going to the gym everyday
  • procrastinating
  • taking long showers
  • not repling to text messages ontime

Habits You need to form:

  • Waking up on time
  • being consistent with everything ( including meditation) 
  • going to sleep on time
  • finishing books
  • do things ahead of time
  • stretching yoga time to an hour instead of 30 minutes
  • take vitamins early in the morning ( this requires you to wake up on time)
